The library staff are here to help you - here's what everyone is responsible for:
Jeanine Brennan, the head librarian is responsible for overseeing all the schools' libraries, managing the Secondary Library, ordering books, DVDs and electronic resources for Secondary and working with teachers to teach research skills and the love of reading through book talks to classes.
Maria Eugenia Troya, the school cataloger knows most of the books in all the libraries as she has cataloged them! She is responsible for putting all of the schools' new library materials (books, jigsaw puzzles, DVDs etc) into the library computer system. She is the person to ask if you have any questions about Ecuadorian resources in the Secondary Library.
Rosana Dávila, the circulation librarian, is responsible for helping find books and lending books to library users, sending out overdue notices, assisting students and staff who want to scan documents or print in color, assisting with getting new books ready for borrowing and notifying staff when new magazines have arrived.
Jenny Troya, library assistant, assists students and staff with printing and photocopying, putting the books on the shelves, keeping the library physically in order, copying VHS to DVDs, repairing books and assisting with getting new books ready for borrowing.
Javier Sosa provides technical support for all staff and students throughout the school. He is responsible for loaning camera equipment to staff. Javier can help you with Moodle or SIS problems.
